These Terms of Service govern your use of azgari.org, which is operated by Azgari Foundation ("the Foundation," "we," "us"), a Delaware 501(c)(3) public charity (EIN 41-2896092) based in Austin, Texas. By accessing this website, you agree to these terms.

Use of this website

This website is provided for informational purposes and to facilitate access to the Foundation's programs, resources, and charitable giving opportunities. You agree not to use this site for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the website or interfere with any other party's use of it.

Program enrollment

The Foundation offers tuition-free job-ready skills training programs to eligible young adults ages 16–25 who are aging out of foster care or the juvenile justice system. Enrollment in a program does not create a contract of employment or guarantee any specific job placement, wage, employment outcome, or business outcome. Individual results vary based on effort, market conditions, and personal circumstances.

The Foundation reserves the right to modify program content, schedules, availability, and eligibility criteria at any time. Acceptance into a program is at the Foundation's sole discretion.

Charitable contributions

Donations made to the Azgari Foundation are voluntary and generally non-refundable except as required by law. Azgari Foundation is a tax-exempt public charity under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code (EIN 41-2896092). Contributions are tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law. The Foundation's IRS determination letter and financial information are available upon request.

Privacy

Your use of this site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference.

All content on this site, including text, graphics, logos, and program materials, is the property of Azgari Foundation or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
