Azgari Foundation ("the Foundation," "we," "us") is a Delaware 501(c)(3) public charity (EIN 41-2896092) based in Austin, Texas. This policy describes how we collect, use, and protect information on azgari.org.
Information we collect
- Program applications. When you apply for a program cohort, we collect the information you provide in the application form, such as your name, age, contact information, and background relevant to eligibility. Application forms are processed through our form provider and stored securely.
- Email correspondence. If you email fosteryouthinitiative@azgari.org, we retain that correspondence to respond to and manage your inquiry, referral, or donation.
- Basic usage data. Our hosting and analytics tools may record standard technical data (pages visited, browser type, approximate location) to help us understand how the site is used.
How we use information
- To evaluate program applications and determine eligibility.
- To communicate with applicants, participants, referring agencies, donors, and funders.
- To meet reporting obligations to funders and government agencies in aggregated or de-identified form wherever possible.
- To improve our programs and website.
We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information. We do not share applicant information with third parties except service providers who process it on our behalf, referring agencies involved in a participant's support (with consent), or where required by law.
Applicants under 18
Our programs serve young adults ages 16 to 25. If you are 16 or 17, we ask that a parent, guardian, caseworker, or other supportive adult be aware of your application, and we may require guardian or caseworker consent before enrollment. We collect only the information needed to evaluate eligibility, and we handle all information about minors with heightened care.
Data security and retention
The site is served over HTTPS. Application data is retained while relevant to program administration and funder reporting requirements, then deleted or de-identified. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing fosteryouthinitiative@azgari.org.
Cookies and third-party services
The application and contact forms on this site are embedded from Google Forms and may set functional cookies required for the form to work. We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site is used (pages visited, approximate location, device type); this data is aggregated and does not identify you personally. Our hosting provider, Vercel, records anonymous page-view analytics on error pages. We use Google Ads conversion tracking to measure form submissions that begin with a Google ad. This uses a cookie set by Google and does not identify you to us.
This site participates in Google Ad Grants, a program through which nonprofit organizations may run ads on Google Search. Google and third-party vendors use cookies to serve ads based on a visitor's prior visits to this site or other sites on the internet. You may opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google's Ads Settings. You can also opt out of a third-party vendor's use of cookies for personalized advertising by visiting aboutads.info.
