Participants learn to set up, support, and troubleshoot the software systems and business tools a small organization depends on — help-desk fundamentals, account and workspace setup, common business applications, and basic AI automation and AI-agent support. The program builds practical, customer-facing support skills through supervised labs.
Program goal: Each participant can provide entry-level user support and troubleshoot common small-business software systems. No job, income, or business result is guaranteed.
