What participants learn

Participants learn the back-office systems and routines that keep a small business running — business communication, scheduling and calendar management, document preparation, records management, spreadsheets, and customer service — with hands-on practice in the tools an administrative professional uses daily.

ELIGIBILITY
  • Be 14–25 years of age
  • Be referred by a partner organization under a written agreement with the Foundation
  • Have reliable internet access and a desktop or laptop computer
  • Be able to commit approximately 10–15 hours per week for the duration of the program
  • For participants under 18: parental or guardian consent

The Foundation does not solicit or enroll members of the general public. Enrollment is limited to participants referred under partner agreements.
