Compliance Policy

Last Updated: January 20, 2026

At Azgari Foundation, we believe transparency builds trust. This Compliance Policy explains our business practices, advertising standards, and commitments to you as a prospective or current client.

We created this page because too many business coaching and franchise companies hide behind vague promises and fine print. We do things differently.

Our Commitment to Transparency

We will always:

  • Be upfront about what our programs include and cost
  • Clearly distinguish between education and guaranteed outcomes
  • Share realistic expectations about starting a business
  • Disclose material relationships and compensation
  • Respond to questions and concerns promptly
  • Update our policies when our practices change

We will never:

  • Promise specific income, revenue, or financial results
  • Pressure you into purchasing before you're ready
  • Hide fees, terms, or important limitations
  • Misrepresent what our services include
  • Use fake testimonials or fabricated results
  • Claim to be something we're not

What Azgari Foundation Is

A nonprofit educational organization focused on entrepreneurship education and economic mobility

A business launch program that provides training, coaching, and done-for-you setup services

A consulting service that helps individuals evaluate, plan, and launch service-based businesses

An alternative to franchises where you maintain 100% ownership of your business

What Azgari Foundation Is NOT

We Are NOT a Franchise

Azgari Foundation is not a franchisor. We do not:

  • Sell franchise licenses or territories
  • Charge ongoing royalty fees (ever)
  • Restrict where or how you operate your business
  • Require approval to sell your business
  • Mandate specific vendors, suppliers, or systems
  • Control your pricing, branding, or operations after launch

When you build a business with our guidance, you own 100% of it. Period.

We Are NOT a Lender

Azgari Foundation does not provide loans, financing, or funding of any kind. We do not:

  • Make lending decisions
  • Guarantee loan approval
  • Act as a loan broker
  • Charge fees for loan placement

When we discuss SBA loans or financing options, we provide educational guidance only. All lending decisions are made by independent SBA-approved lenders based on their own underwriting criteria. We have no control over whether you qualify or what terms you receive.

We Are NOT a Licensed Professional Services Firm

Our team members are not (unless specifically disclosed):

  • Licensed attorneys
  • Certified Public Accountants (CPAs)
  • Registered financial advisors
  • Licensed insurance agents

The information we provide is educational, not professional advice. You should consult with appropriately licensed professionals before making legal, tax, financial, or insurance decisions.

Income & Earnings Disclosure

No Guaranteed Results

Azgari Foundation does not guarantee any specific income, revenue, profit, or business outcome.

Starting a business involves substantial risk. Results depend on many factors outside our control, including:

About Our Case Studies and Testimonials

When we share client results or success stories:

  • They represent individual experiences, not typical outcomes
  • They are not guarantees of what you will achieve
  • The individuals may have had unique skills, resources, or circumstances
  • Results vary significantly from person to person

Example disclaimer: When we say "One client reached $12K in revenue in 7 weeks," this is one person's result based on their specific situation. Many clients achieve different results, and some do not achieve profitable outcomes.

Typical Outcomes

We believe in honesty about what's realistic:

  • Most service businesses take 6-12 months to reach consistent profitability
  • Startup costs vary widely based on business type, location, and approach
  • Not everyone who starts a business succeeds — industry statistics show significant failure rates
  • Your results depend primarily on you — our guidance is only as valuable as your execution
