Before initiating formal dispute resolution, you agree to contact us and attempt to resolve any dispute informally for at least thirty (30) days.
Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of our Services that cannot be resolved informally shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Austin, Texas, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Judgment on the arbitration award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.
YOU AGREE THAT ANY DISPUTE RESOLUTION PROCEEDINGS WILL BE CONDUCTED ONLY ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS AND NOT IN A CLASS, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION.
