Enrollment is by referral: case managers and partner agencies refer eligible young adults under written agreement with the Foundation. One referral form covers all five programs. A Foundation team member reviews every submission within 2 business days.

Caseworkers & partner agencies
Foster care agencies, juvenile justice programs, PAL coordinators, CASA volunteers, and youth workforce staff can refer eligible young adults using the form below. This is how the Foundation enrolls — the programs are not advertised or open to the general public.
In the form, select "I am referring someone" and include the youth's name, age, and contact information. We follow up directly with the candidate within 2 business days.

What happens after a referral
Our process is straightforward. Here's exactly what to expect.
Our team reviews the referral and identifies the program that fits the young adult's goals and background.
A Foundation team member contacts the referring agency and candidate within 2 business days to discuss eligibility and next steps.
We confirm the program, cohort start date, and any equipment assistance needed under written agreement with the referring partner.
16 to 24 weeks depending on the program, fully online, free. Real skills, real mentorship — no job, income, or business result is guaranteed.
